I soloed all the bosses in Sarnur except Brullug (the Drake). I had to manage Gadhup only with a bow as It was the only thing that had Ancient Dwarf
I am a elf champion …
I am a elf champion, and I think people are often underestimating the Champs ability. With heavy shield it can easy do damage and keep agro. Plus dual wielding is really nice as Elf champ, espec with the +2 bonus. Dual wielding often gives secondary damage. With the right Traits and swords one of your best attack can be ” Wild Attack” which is a basic attack manoeuvre. Once you know the Champ… You will love it!

LOL that is a simple solo Plus it help with the sheild he uses Rank 4 sheild +2 block and locks you in place(so if the troll smacks you off you cant) and take in all common damage, Soloing trolls simple, Go solo Skybreaker, or Hoartusk no heavy sheild no Controlled burn or glory then I will be impressed

But he is going down slow… Did you not use the damage type that his great protection can’t defend against. Don’t look like you do much damage. I used Ancient dwarf make when I go down to solo him with my Burglar. But then again… I can sneak past all the elite trolls down there. And I guess you had a though fight to get down there to him

Of course you do… watch the video. The meter above his Autoattack icon is the fervour bar, it’s clearly adding up. No reason that they would penalize you for wearing a shield like that.
